This is usually an optional service, but is an additional free benefit from SmartCare that is part of our valuable "Healthcare You Can Feel Good About" services. You have to be an established patient at SmartCare to qualify for this service.

This service is NOT for emergencies. If you have a clinical emergency, please call 911 or go to the emergency room at a hospital closest to you.
